I switched from a messenger bag style to a backpack, and I'm so glad I did. Comfy, well-padded straps make it easy to carry, and the bag is super lightweight. Plenty of additional pockets for my other stuff. Hold about 15 discs comfortably + front putter pocket. The only things I would change would be to add dividers so the discs don't flop over (I've already modified mine to add them), and there's a lot of empty space at the top of the bag that causes it to fold over when the bag is open, covering up the discs. Not a deal-breaker, but annoying to have to keep pushing it out of the way to choose a disc. If the flap unzipped the other way, it could fold up out of the way to the inside, making it easier to put in dividers and justifies that extra space at the top.
